The Lake Houses
These accommodations are serene and quietly tucked away by palms.
Unlike the high-rise style of "The Towers", these Lake Houses provide a more personal "resort" feel. Like "The Towers", they are a short walk from the famous white sandy beaches of Siesta Key. |

Our two spacious condominiums are luxurious high-rise style living. They are fully furnished with a wonderful view from any angle.

All Rates Subject to State Sales Tax
Rates and Sales Tax are Subject to Change without Notice.
All units are two bedroom – two bath, with laundry facilities in each unit. Apartments are furnished with basic household items necessary for normal living conditions.
A security deposit of $300.00 is required to secure a reservation. The security deposit will be held for forty-five (45) days after departure. Deductions from the security deposit may be incurred for damages to the unit and/or contents, long distance telephone calls, or the cost of extra cleaning and/or extra laundry (in excel of two loads).
Total rental charges are due an payable upon arrival.
NO TRUCKS, NO TRAILERS, NO BOATS, AND NO MOTORCYCLES
Rates based upon occupancy of 4 persons. Additional persons charges are $28.00 per person per week; no more than six in any unit at any time.
All payments must be made in U.S. funds, personal checks or travel checks. Sorry-no credit cards are accepted.
Rates quoted do not include maid service (housekeeping services can be arranged upon request at additional charge).
All children under 21 years of age, (including High School & College students) must be accompanied by parent or occupancy will not be permitted.
Specific units cannot be guaranteed. Management reserves the right to transfer reservation if deemed necessary.
Tenants are requested to abide by all the Rules & Regulation of Our House at the Beach Condominium Association. Management reserves the right to remove any tenant from the premises for continued violation of any rule of the Association.
Cancellation / Date Changes
Any cancellation or date changes must be made in writing 60 days prior to arrival date to insure the refund of your security deposit. |
